Qa'a Kebauet

Qa’a Kebauet (formerly known as Das Tiger, aka Nik Endicott, born 1987) is a tiger fur from Columbus, Ohio, U.S.A. Qa'a is currently mated to Shana Kebauet (aka Unwanted Fate on Furcadia). Nik is an atmospheric physicist, aka a meteorologist. He is interested in militaria, and is a fan of heavy metal.
Nik normally assumes the name “Endi”, a nickname created by his comrades in reference to Indiana Jones. While Qa’a is a modern follower of the ancient Kemet religion, Endi has no professed religion.

[edit] Name
Originally, Das Tiger was known as the Spanish “El Tigre.” The first change came about when Nik traced his ancestry to Germany, and henceforth decided that the furry representation of him ought to have a Germanic name. His current name came about in April of 2007, when Nik decided it had been a long enough run with “Das Tiger”. So, in keeping with his character]]s’ religion, Ancient Egyptian, Nik decided to name his character Qa’a Kebauet. Qa’a stands for “Raised Arm”, while Kebauet (also known as Kebechet) means “Cooling Waters”. Nik figured that it would be fitting, since his character, as he is in RL, is in the Naval service.

Qa’a’s full title is known as “Pharaokönig Großadmiral Qa’a Badru Kebauet von Neues Deutschland” or,” Pharaoh King Grand Admiral Qa’a Badru Kebauet of New Germany”. Starting out as a “Hauptmann” or Captain in his friend Revenile Nolan’s Naval service, Qa’a quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Admiral in record time, especially for his age, which was 17 at the time. When Revenile was on his deathbed, he asked Qa’a to take over as Commander-in-Chief of the military, to which he did and subsequently became the ruling figure in the fledgling nation, as it was still under martial law. Though he initially refused to assume his full title, Qa’a then decided to honor “Rev” by doing so, and in turn received the vote of confidence from his citizens, becoming King within 48 hours of assuming the title.
[edit] The Admiral : Physical Appearance
Qa’a is almost an exact look-alike to his creator, except for the obvious difference in species. Standing 5’7” (1.7m), and weighing 140lb (63.6kg), Qa’a bears a slim yet muscular physique. Blue, piercing eyes adorn his face, as well as a smile that exposes 4” (10cm) fangs, on which he constantly cuts the inside of his lips. Qa’a’s hair is the only other overt difference from Nik, though it wasn’t until 2006. While Nik’s hair is now at .25” (6.3mm) in length, Qa’a’s remains a constant 46” (1.16m) in length. Nik uses this to embody his former self, when his hair was nearly as long.
[edit] The Admiral's Uniform
Qa'a's uniform is in the style of WWII Germany, minus the Nazi paraphernalia. He wears a M1936 style tunic, black in color, with his Admiral's shoulder boards in the same style as a German general's, the only difference being that Qa'a has six golden "pips" on either board, indicating that when he first put the rank on, it was a six-star rank. Navy blue pants in a US Navy "service dress" style are on his legs, and when in uniform, Qa'a always wears combat boots. Qa'a also wears three golden rings on his tail as a sign of the crown and rank.
