Pandora Pup is an anthropomorphic dog character originally created by furry artist, Doug Winger.

Doug originally depicted Pandora as a fun-loving, well-endowed female anthro pup who lived up to the "Winger" reputation: she was more than willing to yiff any fur, any time, anywhere, in any way possible -- but in a manner that showed she was having a lot of fun and enjoying every second of it. Over time, Doug's depictions of Pandora evolved from a female into a herm pup, and Pandora is now known more as a herm fur than a female character.

A furry character named Pandora appeared at the Hermaphrodite Haven on FurryMUCK, and she quickly and easily lived up to the image of the character depicted by Doug. Any appearance at the Haven by Pandora would be a guarantee that fun yiffy activity would take place at the Haven, as Pandora gladly and eagerly displayed her charms and her abilities in public for any fur in the Haven to observe or take part.

However, Pandora makes it known that she is not played by Doug Winger himself. Doug makes regular appearances at the haven as Doug or JustDoug, while the character of Pandora belongs to a different (anonymous) player on Furry.

Doug has given his approval and blessing to the character of Pandora, and the two have been known to engage in pleasant conversations while Pandora is busy yiffing any fur who happens to be in the room at the time. (Doug himself is not a yiffy character, and his VR counterpart is known for strictly engaging in pleasant conversations and bad puns, but no actual yiffing.)
