Know about someone? Write a page and add it to this category! In general, it is best to use the name by which people go in the community - either a nickname or their real name. Be as specific as possible, to avoid nickname collisions.

If both nickname and real name are publicly used, write the nickname and use a redirect (#REDIRECT [[NickName]] on its own) to point the real name to it. It's probably not a good idea to link a real name to a person that only goes by their nickname, even if you know it. Some people prefer to be anonymous - please respect that! :-)

If people fit in a subcategory like Artists, please put them in the People category and the subcategory, so we can have a complete list of people. This probably shouldn't apply to lower-down layers, so if someone is well known as a comic artist, don't put them in Artists as well.

A person's age should be stated in terms of year of birth, since their actual age becomes outdated. Where the birth year is known, the person should be included in one of the Births by year categories, and if a person is deceased, one of the Deaths by year categories as well.
